Dining

This outpost is legendary for its bold Mexican flavors. We reckon you'll love the spirited charm of Casa de Reyes or the quiet, sunset warmth of El Agave when you're fixin' for a fine meal.

Nature & Parks

Old Town offers dusty trails and lush desert blooms, but if you're lookin' for the crown jewel of our city, make tracks for the legendary Balboa Park gardens.

Enjoy the ocean

Our frontier meets the sea just 15 minutes away at Ocean or Mission Beach. We reckon a stroll along Sunset Cliffs is the best way to see the Pacific. Aug shorelines get crowded, so mosey out early or hitch a rideshare to skip the parking scuffle.
